Each order is printed to order by our local partners. All orders will ship from Dallas/ Fort Worth, TX within 4-6 business days from when the order is placed. When possible, we will fulfill orders faster. From there, it will take about 1-5 business days for orders to be delivered within the US.

Shipping & Handling Charges

All US based orders over $15 ship free (unless otherwise noted) with the option to upgrade to Priority Mail ($5.99). International rates are as follows: Canada - $28 flat rate. Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS.

Returns

If for any reason you are less than satisfied with your order, please send us an email to hi@foxhollowstudios.com within 14 days of delivery and we’ll give you instructions for returning your order. To receive a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping), all items must be received back in new and unused condition. At our discretion, partial refunds will be issued for use or damage. Refunds issued may take up to 10 days to process.

Exchanges

Not what you were looking for? Need a different size? We can easily exchange your new and unused order within 14 days of delivery for any other product. Please indicate the reason for the exchange in an email to hi@foxhollowstudios.com and we’ll send you instructions on how to proceed. We will include a pre-paid shipping label with your new order to return your original item. Shipping charges for the original and exchanged items will not be refunded. Please see our policy on Returns for qualifications for a full refund of the purchase price of the original order.
